Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your installation of and access to Automation Bot, a Discord bot that automates FiveM server operations, workflows, commands, integrations, and related tasks. By inviting, authorizing, configuring, or using Automation Bot, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization or Discord server you represent.
1. Authority and eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms and have permission to install or configure the bot in the applicable Discord server and connected FiveM environment. Server owners and administrators are responsible for the actions of members to whom they grant bot access.
2. License and ownership
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Automation Bot as intended while your access remains active. Automation Bot, its code, branding, workflows, and documentation remain the property of CMND Vault or the applicable rights holder. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or create unauthorized derivative services from the bot.
3. Permissions and configuration
The bot requires certain Discord and integration permissions to perform requested automation. You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions, configuring roles and channels safely, protecting credentials and tokens, and limiting access to trusted users. Do not provide the bot with permissions or sensitive information that are unnecessary for your setup.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Automation Bot for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, malicious code, denial-of-service activity, evading platform enforcement, or infringing another person's rights. You may not interfere with the bot, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it in violation of Discord, Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, or other applicable third-party terms.
5. Plans, payments, and refunds
Any paid plan, license duration, usage limit, included feature, and renewal term is shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable once access is provisioned, except where required by law or where the service is materially defective and we cannot provide a reasonable fix. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or termination.
6. Availability, changes, and support
We may maintain, update, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features to improve security, compatibility, or operation. Automation may be affected by outages or changes to Discord, FiveM, connected servers, hosting, APIs, or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any feature, or compatibility with every configuration.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service or others, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to suspected violations of these terms. You may stop using the bot and remove it from your server at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Automation Bot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing automated actions and maintaining backups and safeguards for your Discord and FiveM systems. CMND Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost revenue, server disruption, moderation actions, or third-party platform changes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Automation Bot during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-party services
Discord, FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, hosting providers, and connected integrations are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. Automation Bot is not endorsed by or affiliated with those parties unless expressly stated.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms. Contact CMND Vault support with questions or disputes.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Automation Bot collects and uses information while providing Discord-based automation for FiveM servers and related workflows.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you enable, we may process Discord user IDs, server and channel IDs, role IDs, usernames or display names, command inputs, bot configuration, connected FiveM server identifiers, license or subscription status, automation events, and diagnostic or security logs. We may also collect information you submit to support. We do not intentionally collect the contents of private messages unless a feature you knowingly use requires that content to respond.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate and operate the bot, execute requested commands and automations, apply permissions and server settings, provide support, maintain subscriptions, diagnose failures, secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and features.
3. Legal bases and server administrators
Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request, fulfill our contractual obligations, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement. Discord server owners or administrators who install and configure Automation Bot may independently determine how it is used in their communities and may have their own privacy obligations to members.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is necessary with infrastructure, database, logging, payment, email, and support providers that help operate Automation Bot. Requested data is also transmitted to Discord and any integrations you choose to connect. We may disclose information to comply with law, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer.
5. Retention
Configuration and account information may be retained while the bot remains installed or an account or subscription is active. Logs and automation events are retained only as reasonably necessary for operation, security, support, and legal obligations. Some records may remain in backups for a limited period. Removing the bot does not automatically erase records we must retain for legitimate security, billing, or legal purposes.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Server administrators should grant only necessary permissions, protect integration credentials, and promptly remove access from untrusted users. No online service can guarantee complete security.
7. Your choices and rights
Server administrators can limit collection by disabling features, removing integrations, or removing the bot. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact CMND Vault support to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and Discord or server relationship.
8. Children's privacy
Automation Bot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Discord server owners are responsible for configuring and operating their communities in accordance with Discord's age requirements and applicable law.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where CMND Vault and its service providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws from your country.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Automation Bot, connected services, or legal obligations change. The public page displays the latest update date. Contact CMND Vault support with privacy questions or requests.
