Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to CMND Vault and your purchase or use of our FiveM scripts, packages, downloads, and related support. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate order and contact information. You are responsible for keeping purchase links, license credentials, and account information secure.
2. Products and license
Purchases provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased product for its intended purpose. Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, leak, sublicense, share, reverse engineer, or claim ownership of our products or source code. All intellectual property rights remain with CMND Vault or the applicable creator.
3. Orders, payment, and delivery
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Square or another identified payment provider. Digital delivery is sent to the email address supplied at checkout after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking filtered or spam folders.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
Because products are digital and cannot be returned once delivered or accessed, purchases are generally final except where required by law or where the product is materially defective and we cannot provide a reasonable fix. Contact support before opening a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license revocation and loss of access to products and support.
5. Compatibility, updates, and support
Product requirements and included support are described on the applicable listing. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your server, framework, dependencies, and third-party resources before purchase. We may update, modify, or discontinue products or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future FiveM, framework, game, or third-party update.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or products to violate law, infringe another person's rights, bypass security or licensing, distribute malicious code, disrupt services, or engage in fraud. We may suspend access, revoke a license, or refuse service when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CMND Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or server downtime. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-party services
FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, payment providers, Discord, hosting providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. CMND Vault is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those parties unless expressly stated.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms. Questions or disputes should first be submitted through our support ticket page so we can try to resolve them promptly.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information CMND Vault collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you browse our site, purchase a product, check an order, or request support.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, Discord username, order details, support messages, and other information you choose to submit. We also receive transaction status, payment identifiers, amount, and limited billing details from our payment processor; CMND Vault does not directly store full payment card numbers. Our systems may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and security or activity logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to process and deliver purchases, verify payments, provide licenses and support, communicate about orders, maintain and secure the site, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and services.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that help us operate, including Square for payments, email and hosting providers, and support or communication platforms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or local storage that are necessary for site functions such as carts, sessions, preferences, security, and administration. Your browser may let you block or delete these technologies, but doing so can prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order records, support, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Submit a support ticket to make a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
7. Children's privacy and international use
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
